The machine adopts QCW fiber laser, which can work simultaneously in continuous and high peak power pulse mode to complete the processing requirements of welding or cutting, which greatly improves the processing speed and production efficiency.
The machine is equipped with integrated laser scanning control system and high-speed beam splitter, combined with the automatic production system, which can realize high-speed multi-channel welding. It is mainly used for welding of 3C precision devices, medical endoscopes, precision motors of mobile phones, battery pole pieces, etc., and can be used for fine cutting of metal and non-metal. The laser mode can be customized according to different core diameters, to meet the different processing needs of customers.
